Beautiful North Bay Venue in the Heart of Sausalito — One of Marin’s oldest landmarks, the Sausalito Portuguese Hall provides just the right location for your special event. Sausalito, a beautiful seaside village nestled against the Marin headlands, north of the Golden Gate, offers scenic views, charming shops and gourmet restaurants.

Rental Hall Marin County Our recently renovated Hall on Caledonia Street is just one block from the beach and the marina. It is one of the largest rental facilities and best bargains available in Marin. The Hall is a perfect location for weddings, conferences, receptions, dances, meetings, events and celebrations.

After an extensive remodel, the Hall now provides over 5,000 sq. ft of premium space. A 2,800 sq. ft. Ballroom with beautiful hardwood floors is available plus an adjoining 2,300 sq. ft. Dining Hall. Rooms can be rented together or separately and include our bar area, kitchen for caterer staging, large restrooms and beautiful foyer.

Recent upgrades include marble floors, beautifully restored ballroom dance floor, Casablanca fans, cathedral-height wood-beam ceiling and Mediterranean landscaping. A long maple bar adjoins both the ballroom and dining area. All rentals include tables and chairs for 200 guests.

Kitchen: Commercial kitchen for catering staging, heating and serving
Tables & Chairs: All rentals include tables and chairs for (200) guests (padded chairs available for nominal fee); rectangular folding tables available
Dance Floor: Hardwood floors in Ballroom
Music: Amplified indoors allowed indoor with curfew and volume restrictions
Lighting: Dimmable lighting in Ballroom and on stage, Dining Hall & Foyer; outdoor night lighting
Cooling: Remote-controlled Casablanca overhead fans with dimmable lights
Restrooms: ADA-compliant/wheelchair accessible

Parking
Short term on-street parking is available in the business district on Caledonia and Bridgeway. Additional long-term street parking is available at Dunphy Park for a nominal daily fee from the City of Sausalito Parks & Recreation Dept.
