2024 Annual Portuguese Crab Dinner Fundraiser

Join us for our annual traditional Portuguese Crab Dinner Fundraiser & Auction on Saturday, February 10th. We'll be cooking fresh live crab that morning, and delivering delicious chilled crab to your table that night. The menu includes:

• Portuguese appetizers and cheese board
• Portuguese-style green salad with roasted sweet peppers
• Garlic bread
• Garlic and crab butter pasta
• Chilled Dungeness crab with lemon and cocktail sauce
• Wine, beer, and sodas will be available for purchase
  

Donate: If you can't make it to dinner, please consider making a donation or sponsoring the event instead!

Time: Doors and Bar open at 5:30 pm and dinner is served at 7:00 pm.

Tickets: 

• $720 per table — Buy a table for friends, family or clients (seats 8)
• $90 per person

Levels:

• Diamond: $2,000+ 
• Platinum: $1,000
• Gold: $750
• Silver: $500

Benefits: 

• Your name, or the name of your business, along with your sponsorship level will be included on the following:
  - All event communications in 2024 
  - Table number signage for the event

• Appreciation event in November 2024

No-Host Bar: 

Wines, beer and soft drinks will be available for purchase. Suggested corkage donation $15 per bottle. 

Dessert Silent Auction: 

Do you love to bake? Show off your culinary talent and help us raise funds for the hall by donating an item to our dessert auction. Items will be auctioned during dinner for enjoyment after the main course or to be taken home. For more information or to let us know you'd like to donate, please email ticketsales@idesst.org.

Notes: 
* Dinner prices subject to increase after 1/1/24 if crab prices are higher than forecasted. 
* All proceeds go towards our Holy Ghost Festa and operating costs of the building.
* Bring your own favorite sauce for the crab if you like.
* No refunds, ice chests, or doggy bags allowed. No menu substitutions available.
